How much time does it take to process the order?

It takes approximately 25 working days to process your order.

Can I change the rug after getting it?

If your rug is damaged upon arrival, you can exchange it for a new one. A variation of 5-10% in finishing and colours are not considered as a defect as these are handmade rugs.

What is the difference between machine-made rugs and hand-made rugs?

Machine-made rugs are quickly produced using synthetic materials, while hand-tufted rugs are woven with natural materials like pure New Zealand wool and cotton. A machine-made carpet yarn is dyed used chemical dyeing process which is not safe for a baby and pet.
